Walk, Stretch and Stroll for Better Health
Looking for an easy way to step into some regular exercise? Kick off summer with Cooley Dickinson and Look Park and be part of the new Mile Markers wellness program.
Along with having access to Look Park’s easy walking path (1.2 miles around the park), Health care professionals from Cooley Dickinson will lead a variety of activities in the park throughout the summer, which could include walking with a doctor, stretching with a physical therapist or being part of a parents’ and child stroller parade with a certified nurse midwife.
The first 300 participants to register will receive a free water bottle. All Mile Markers participants will receive a Mile Marker card that entitles them to free vehicle entry to the park during the summer for walking and attending one of the free weekly health-based activities.
