Bad Weather Policy
Picnic Site Weather
Policy
The Look Park Weather Policy, is to be applied to Weather
related Cancellations only, and should be applicable only to cancellations made
the day of the scheduled reservation. No
reservation can be canceled in advanced due to weather forecasts. Also, this policy applies to picnic
sites/tables only and not to pavilions or shelters. The
Picnic Site Weather Policy is as follows:
Look Park will make a determination based on
predicted weather forecast by Noon each day, as to whether or not the Park
Attractions (i.e. Mini-golf, Train, Bumper Boats, Pedal Boats and Picnic
Store), will be operating that day. If
the Attractions will be opening for the day, the normal picnic site cancellation
policy will apply (see “Picnic Site Cancellation Policy.”)
If the Park determines that the weather forces
us to “rain out” or not open the attractions for the day, then the following
Weather policy will apply.
o100%
of your picnic will be refunded under the following conditions:
1.The
party that made the reservation must call the park before 12 Noon the day of
the reservation to cancel and be refunded.
2.If
the Party does not call the park to cancel, no refund will be given and the
park will deem it to be a “No Show.” Normal “Picnic Site cancellation policy” will apply.
3.If
the party decides to still come to their picnic, they will not be refunded
because they are arrived for the day and have had their picnic.
