What are the hours that Look Park is open?
The Park is open 365 Days per year for all to enjoy. The "general" hours for the park are 7 am until dark. During the summer, the park is usually open until around 9:30 pm. During the Winter (Nov. through March), the Park gates are open from 7am until
3:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:30am until 5pm, Saturday and Sunday. For event times and information please visit the special events section of the website.
How much does it cost to rent a picnic table?
Picnic table pricing is based on residency, and also day of the week. Fees for
residents of Northampton are $12 per table Mon. - Thurs. and $18 per table Fri.
- Sun. Non-residents pay $15 Mon-Thurs. and $25 Fri. - Sun. Picnic tables generally hold 10 people per

What are the sizes of the pavilions and how much do they cost?
The Look Park Pavilions vary in size and price. Our pavilions hold anywhere from 50 people up to 200 people. The pavilions are priced differently according to size and location. Do you allow caterers into the park?
You are allowed to have your party catered at our pavilions. There are many caterers that are familiar with our rules and regulations. The only thing we ask is that you do not have pig roasts, kegs, glass bottles
or loud music. The best pavilion for access to caterers is the Dow Pavilion where they can
drive up on the access road to unload and load their materials. All other pavilions will force them to carry their materials by hand or by using
one of our wagons. All pavilions are equipped with electrical hookups and water nearby. If you would like us to recommend a caterer for you, let us know, we have a
list of caterers that attend the park regularly.
If I rent a picnic site do I need to pay the vehicle entry fee?
Yes. The vehicle entry fee is basically a parking fee for the day. With the vehicle entry fee, patrons are given a blue ticket that will allow
them access in and out of the park all day. The park charges vehicle entry fees to all patrons entering the park as one
of our major sources of income. Most people do not realize that the park is a Non-Profit Organization that does
not receive any funding from the city. We are funded solely through our operations. The Park does offer season pass stickers for great prices that allow pass holders
to enter the park without additional cost as many times as they would like throughout

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please follow this link for our complete Cancellation Policy. This applies to picnic tables and pavilions differently. In the case of weather, the park will make a judgment call based on the forecast
for the day. If you decide to cancel yourself because of the weather you must call the park
to cancel. Any reservation made for the day and no phone call made to the park to cancel
will be considered a no show and no money will be refunded.
